Makes: 1 big jar (amount seen in picture)
INGREDIENTS: ~ 2 cups oats ~ 1/3 cup pecans ~ 1/3 cup Pumpkin purée ~ 1/4 glass pumpkin seeds ~ 1/4 flax seeds ~ 3 tbsp coconut oil ~ 3 tbsp maple syrup ~ 2 tsp cinnamon ~ 1/2 tsp allspice INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Roughly chop the pecans and mix in a bowl with the oats the seeds and spices. In a sauce pan heat the coconut oil with the maple syrup and pumpkin purée until all the coconut oil melts and is well blended with the other ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients in the bowl with the dry ones and mix well so that all the oats are coated and there are no more dry ones. Put in a baking tray covered in a baking sheet and cook for about 25 minutes making sure to stir it twice or three times so that the oats cook evenly! When it comes out of the oven feel free to add raisins, cranberries, goji berries, chopped dates...whatever you want! |

INGREDIENTI: ~ 2 tazze fiocchi d'avena ~ 1/3 tazza noci pecan ~ 1/3 tazza Purea di zucca ~ 1/4 tazza semi di zucca ~ 1/4 semi di lino ~ 3 cucchiai olio di cocco ~ 3 cucchiai sciroppo d'acero ~ 2 cucchiaini cannella ~ 1/2 cucchiaino di mix di spezie ("Allspice") PROCEDIMENTO: Preriscaldate il forno a 200 C gradi. Tritate grossolanamente le noci pecan e unire in una ciotola all'avena e ai semi. In un pentolino o al microonde sciogliete l'olio di cocco con lo sciroppo d'acero e le spezie e unire alla purea di zucca e mescolare bene prima di unire il tutto agli ingredienti nella ciotola. Mescolare bene per far amalgamare bene il tutto. Foderate una placca da forno con della carta da forno e distribuire in modo omogeneo il composto. Cuocete per 25 minuti circa, mescolando 2-3 volte durante la cottura e fate raffreddare prima di conservare in un contenitore ermetico! Ovviamente a vostro piacimento potete aggiungere a questo punto frutta secca come bacche di goji, uvetta, fichi secchi, albicocche secche ecc... |
